Have you "Chicas" been going?

Huh?  Huh?  Well have you?

I haven't.  I knew that on vacation I wouldn't be working out but vacation is over so watch out all you "Go-Chica-Go challengers.  We have well over 50 women entered in our challenge and one week is already over.  I've got some catching up to do don't I?

I plan to get back on the exercise wagon I lurched off of back in July.  It is time my friends. 

So tell me - how did you first week go?  How many miles did you log?  How many workouts did you log?

Come on - motivate me!!!  Let me see some big numbers!!!

Hi Draz,
I got in 5 workouts with a total of 15 miles. Not too many miles but enough to keep me happy :)

I'm not part of the challenge but did 6 miles this weekend...walking not running. I figured an old person doing that might inspire you to get off your skinny ass.

No big number for me... I have only logged six miles, so far. But it is better than nothing, I suppose. And I hope that I will be able to do better, this next week. :D

Lace on your shoes and get out there, Sunshine. :D

Twelve miles for me, walking and biking. Biking as an old woman is still "new" to me, so not very many miles with that yet.

I logged 9 workouts and 20 miles total since the challenge started last Friday. I doubt I'll be able to keep up that pace b/c I.AM.EXHAUSTED!!!
thanks for the motivation though!!

I have to come clean...I have not done hardly any workouts, due to work and sorority rush this week at school. I think I did maybe 5 miles on the elliptical TOTAL. :( I will be starting back with my trainer tomorrow and making up for lost time!

I have done 6 work outs varying between 25 minutes and 1 hour and half each session. I am not counting miles, because i do a mix of workouts.....

oh dear mama, I've done NOTHING. Big changes for me over the last week (umm, moving, going back to school, meeting men...mmmmmkay) BUT i resolve to kick major ass this week! So how about u and I motivate (ie challenge) each other on FB this week and play catch up! I'm transferring my gym membership tomorrow and plan to do running and cycling. May add in some swimming soon...have far off dreams of a triathalon! (cuz I'm rad)!!! Miss u!

I logged 10 miles last week which is a FIRST for me. Wow....still can't get over it! I am on Week 5 of Cto5k and it has never felt easier. Odd, isn't it?

I am at 18.55 run/walk miles. I didn't think about tracking bike miles so hopefully in the next two weeks I can up that!

I am at 6 workouts! I don't know how to figure out the miles on my elliptical so that is all I got.
